How to make it

  • 1 Boil ½ pkg of Bow ties as package directs.
  • 2 Broil chicken slice cook till no longer pink.
  • 3 Combine in a large bowl the bow tie pasta, cooked chicken, 3 plum tomatoes, chopped, sliced olives and ¾ cup low-fat Caesar salad dressing. Cover; chill thoroughly.
  • 4 Stir in 1 cup coarsely chopped romaine lettuce just before serving.
  • Garnish with croûtons if desired.
  • Serving Size 1 cup
  • Nutritional Values: Calories per serving: 210, Fat: 3g
