No-cook Coconut Candy Recipe

	Mrn / All my dishes 3 months, 3 weeks ago Another no bake holiday favorite at our house. Kids can help make these. Makes about 3 dozen small balls. Flavors of peanut butter, coconut, & raisin. Coconut coating make a neat look on a candy or cookie platter. Prep:30m Servings:36	Mrn

Ingredients

1 c Peanut Butter

1 c Raisins

1/2 c Honey

1 tsp Vanilla

1 1/2 cup Flake Coconut (more if needed)

Directions

Mix peanut butter, raisins, honey, & vanilla.

Spread coconut on flat pan or waxed paper.

Drop raisin mix by teaspoon onto coconut.

Roll into balls in the coconut.

Chill to firm the balls.
