Ingredients
  • 8 loaves bread of your choice ( I've only tried white bread)
  • 200g. of shrimp meat and/or crab imitation meat
  • 4 whole leaves of lettuce
  • 1/4 of an onion
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • butter
  • ground pepper

Directions
  1. Cut the crust off the breads.
  2. Melt butter. You need enough to butter the all 8 loaves of bread and to put on pan. ( unless you prefer a nonstick spray)
  3. Butter the bread, but don't soak it. Just spread it on with a knife or spoon.
  4. Fold into a flowery shape.
  5. Insert into a buttered or nonstick sprayed cupcake baking pan.
  6. Place into an oven about 350 degrees F. Keep a close eye on them, don't want them to burn.
  7. Turn the oven off when they turn brown and crispy. You can leave them in the oven to keep warm.
  8. Chop lettuce
  9. Cut shrimp and/or Crab meat into fairly small chunky pieces.
  10. Dice onions into small cubes.
  11. Toss together into a bowl.
  12. Add the mayo
  13. Mix thoroughly.
  14. Take the finished buttery bread and take out of the pan
  15. Spoon in the salad mixture.
  16. Neatly place on a dish and bon appetite!
