How to make it
- Sear the ham steak in butter, about 4 tablespoons
- Chop the peppers and parsley, corse is okay
- Add the chicken stock to the ham along with the chopped veggies
- Add the parsley
- Finely chop about 3 tablespoons of fresh garlic and add to dish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Let simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
- When ready to serve, add the juice of half a fresh lemon.
