Asparagus Artichoke and Mushroom Saute in English

- olive oil, 2 tbsp shopping list
- garlic, 1 clove, chopped shopping list
- onions,0.25 cup, chopped shopping list
- portabella mushrooms, 1 large (4oz) shopping list
- asparagus, fresh, 1 lb shopping list
- artichokes, frozen, 1 package (8 oz), thawed shopping list
- cherry tomatoes , 1 cup, halved shopping list
- salt, 0.5 tsp shopping list
- pepper, black, 0.25 tsp shopping list
- balsamic vinegar, 0.5 tablespoon shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw frozen artichokes.
- Chop garlic and onions finely. Heat up olive oil in a pan, add garlic and onions and fry at low-medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Cut mushroom in big pieces, add to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
- Cut asparagus in 3" pieces, add it to pan. Put artichokes. And cook everything till asparagus is done but still crunchy.
- Halve tomatoes, add them to saute, turn off the heat.
- Add salt and pepper, mix veges. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar over. Mix it and serve warm.
