This is a nice summer salad to make...Good for the holidays or for pot lucks.....

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cabbage, grated
  • 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmellows
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)

Directions
  1. Mix and toss all ingredients lightly.
  2. Cool before serving.
