  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 450,----PLACE LG PAN OF WATER IN BOTTOM OF OVEN TO CATCH DRIPPINGS,----GREASE OVEN RACK WITH VEG OIL PLACE ABOUT 7 INCH'S OVER OVEN PAN,----PLACE PORK DIRECTLY ON OVEN RACK MAKING SURE THE PORK IS OVER THE WATER PAN.----for 1 lb - BAKE FOR 15 MIN.---REDUCE HEAT TO 375,--AND COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MORE MIN'S OR UNTIL DONE. (for more than 1lb I cook it 20 mins to the lb )
  • CHINESE BARECUED SPARE RIBS.---(USE THE SAME RECIPE AS CHINESE ROAST PORK ABOVE.)
