- 4 TBSP OF honey shopping list
- 1 TBSP OF light soy sauce shopping list
- 1\2 TSP OF FIVE FLAVORED spice POWDER. shopping list
- 1\2 TSP OF red food color. shopping list
- 1 TBSP OF SHERRY shopping list
How to make it
- CUT PORK INTO 6 BY 3 INCHES BY 11\2 INCHES THICK.
- MASH BROWN BEANS INTO PASTE,--MINCE GARLIC VERY FINE.---PLACE BROWN BEAN SAUCE ,--GARLIC --STOCK ---SALT,--SUGAR AND SOY SAUCE, INTO A POT AND HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE BLENDS (DO NOT BOIL.)----REMOVE FROM FLAME AND ADD 5 SPICE POWDER,--RED COLOR,-- AND SHERRY.---POUR OVER SLABS COVER AND MARINATE, OVER NIGHT.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 450,----PLACE LG PAN OF WATER IN BOTTOM OF OVEN TO CATCH DRIPPINGS,----GREASE OVEN RACK WITH VEG OIL PLACE ABOUT 7 INCH'S OVER OVEN PAN,----PLACE PORK DIRECTLY ON OVEN RACK MAKING SURE THE PORK IS OVER THE WATER PAN.----for 1 lb - BAKE FOR 15 MIN.---REDUCE HEAT TO 375,--AND COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MORE MIN'S OR UNTIL DONE. (for more than 1lb I cook it 20 mins to the lb )
