Ingredients

1 Egg, well beaten

1/4 c Milk

Yellow Food Coloring, a few drops

1 c Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Mix milk, beaten egg, & food coloring.

Add flour, salt, & baking powder, mixing well.

Put dough on floured cutting board.

Roll very thin.

Cut with noodle cutter or flour lightly, roll up dough & cut with sharp knife into very narrow noodles.

Cook in a rich chicken or turkey broth until done.

Do not let over boil.

Noodles freeze well for later preparation.
