How to make it

  • Mix milk, beaten egg, & food coloring.
  • Add flour, salt, & baking powder, mixing well.
  • Put dough on floured cutting board.
  • Roll very thin.
  • Cut with noodle cutter or flour lightly, roll up dough & cut with sharp knife into very narrow noodles.
  • Cook in a rich chicken or turkey broth until done.
  • Do not let over boil.
  • Noodles freeze well for later preparation.
