How to make it

  • I mixed according to directions and made two pancakes, dotted with butter and drizzeled with maple syrup. Fluffy and yummy.
  • I have always like thin type pancakes so after I made the two pancakes I added two tablespoons milk to thin it a bit and cooked another batch. Either way is delicious.
  • Definitely beats plain old pancake mix. Thanks for letting me try your mix.

One of your photos (of eggs cracked open) has the caption "remove the yucky part".

OK, I get it. the yucky part is when you crack an egg, it is the hunk of white "stuff' attached to the yolk. I say yucky as I can't really say what I think it looks like. I use a teaspoon in my right hand to hold the yucky part and my index finger of my left hand to cut the link. They using the spoon the by other fingers to scoop it out. Makes me gag to cook any dish with eggs at home and not remove the thing that looks like, well lets not go there. I was raised to remove it and will until I break my last egg
