Carrot and Turnip Salad

This is a recipe that I obtained from a coworker. She brought this to a potluck a few months back and we all loved it, hope you do too. Enjoyo
Ingredients
- 2 large turnips peeled and grated shopping list
- 2 carrots peeled and grated shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons horseradish shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red pepper jelly shopping list
- juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- Zest of 1 lime shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill shopping list
- Garnish: shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds shopping list
- 2 tablespoon cashew pieces shopping list
- 8 whole grape tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dressing ingredients and put in refrigerator while preparing the salad.
- Grate vegetables then add dressing and toss well.
- Top with garnish ingredients and serve immediately.
