Artichoke Spinach Cannellini Bean Bow Tie

- 1 12 oz box bow tie pasta (boil for 10 minutes) shopping list
- 2 cups of Fresh baby spinach (blanch for 2 minutes until bright green) shopping list
- 8 oz bag of frozen artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1/8 cup of fresh basil (julienned) shopping list
- 3.25 oz can pitted black olives (sliced in half) shopping list
- 15.5 oz can cannellini beans (white beans) (rinsed) shopping list
- 1/2 cup or more EVOO shopping list
- salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water for Pasta, then boil for ten minutes.
- In mean time boil water in seperate pot for Baby Spinach and blanch for 2 minutes until bright green in color.
- Julienne fresh basil and slice black olives and rinse beans.
- Microwave Artichokes for 4 minutes.
- Place Spinach, Olives, Basil, Artichokes and Beans in a large bowl and mix with EVOO and seasonings.
- Add Drained Hot Pasta when done to bowl and toss all together, adding more oil and spices as needed.
