Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup thin sliced onion
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 pkg, spinach tahwed and squeezed dry
  • 4 eggs. sl beaten
  • 2 cup half and half or cream
  • salt and ppper to taste
  • dash of grated fresh nutmeg
  • 1 10 inch pie crust

Directions
  1. Bake prepared crust 10 minutes on 400F
  2. Meanwhile saute onions and mushrooms in 1 Tbs butter.
  3. Place cheese, onions, mushrooms, and spinach in the prebaked pie shell.
  4. Mix eggs with salt and peppepr and nutmeg.
  5. Pour onto of cheese
  6. Bake 400 for 10 minutes
  7. Reduce heat to 350F and bake another 40 minutes more or until puffed, set and golden
