- all purpose flour 200g shopping list
- corn flour 50g shopping list
- icing sugar 50g shopping list
- eggs 70g shopping list
- custard powder 15g shopping list
- shortening 125g shopping list
- (custard):whole egg 240g shopping list
- sugar 130g shopping list
- cold water 130g shopping list
- cold UHT milk 130g shopping list
How to make it
- sieve dry ingredients and add shortening.
- rub in on slow speed until a crumble.
- add all eggs and continue until a a smooth paste is formed.
- whisk whole egg and sugar gently.
- add in water and milk.
- press the paste into the tart moulds.
- pour the custard into the tart shell.
- bake at 200C for 20-25 mins until the custard sets.
