Raspberry Gelatin Salad Delight

May also be used as a dessert, a nice combo of gelatin, fruit and ice cream and nuts
Ingredients
- 1 pkg raspberry gelatin shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 3 Tbsp orange juice shopping list
- 1 - 8 3/4-oz can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Prep does not include chill time
- Empty gelatin into bowl, add boiling water and stir until gelatin is
- dissolved.
- Add ice cream and stir until melted.
- Add orange juice,undrained pineapple and walnuts.
- Turn into a mold.
- Chill.
- As mixture cools, it separates into layers
- May be served as a salad or dessert!
