Ingredients
  • 1 box blueberries
  • raspberry jam ( I use seedless )
  • cognac -- or water ( do the cognac! )
  • vanilla ice cream ( premium! )
  • cookie ( any kind you like ) but I prefer the chocolate hazelnut rolled wafer sticks
  • .

Directions
  1. Mix some blueberries in a bowl with raspberry jam and a little cognac or water.
  2. Spoon into cocktail glasses, top each with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and serve with a cookie, tucked in the glass
  3. Note: so easy, so elegant and so tasty!!!
