Blueberries in raspberry sauce with ice cream

Ingredients
- 1 box blueberries shopping list
- raspberry jam ( I use seedless ) shopping list
- cognac -- or water ( do the cognac! ) shopping list
- vanilla ice cream ( premium! ) shopping list
- cookie ( any kind you like ) but I prefer the chocolate hazelnut rolled wafer sticks shopping list

How to make it
- Mix some blueberries in a bowl with raspberry jam and a little cognac or water.
- Spoon into cocktail glasses, top each with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and serve with a cookie, tucked in the glass
- Note: so easy, so elegant and so tasty!!!
