Slice And Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cup sbutter shopping list
- 1 ½ cup sugar shopping list
- 1 2/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 5 ½ cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Cut 4 14 x 12 pieces of waxed paper. Cream butter, sugar, and brown
- sugar. Beat in vanilla and eggs, until light and fluffy. Combine flour, salt,
- and baking soda. Stir into egg mixture. Add chips and nuts. Divide into
- 4 balls. Shape into an 8-10 inch roll. Wrap in waxed paper or plastic
- wrap. Place in a freezer container with a light fitting lid. Label and
- date. Use within 6 months. TO MAKE COOKIES: Preheat oven to 350. Cut into ¼
- inch slices. Arrange on a baking sheet about 1 ½ inches apart. Bake 10
- minutes. Cool on rack.
