Mexi-Italian Salsa

- 3 plum tomatoes,chopped shopping list
- 1/2 onion,chopped shopping list
- 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives shopping list
- 1 (6oz) can marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 2 Tb lemon juice shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 3 Tb chopped,fresh basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 3 Tb chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Gently stir tomatoes,onion,olives and artichokes in a bowl;set aside.
- Whisk together the lemon juice,garlic,basil,red pepper flakes,Italian seasoning,cumin,cilantro.salt and pepper in seperate bowl. Fold dressing into tomato mixture.
