Spicy Fried Porkchops

Another experiment i came up with just last night. the biscuit crumbs give the pork chop a crispy and crunchy crust. Its also better if you double bread the pork. you can also add more of the spice if you want, it depends on how hot you want it.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops shopping list
- crumbled biscuits (stale or day old works fine. i used day old biscuits.) shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- mix eggs and milk together to make an egg wash.
- mix salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and chili powder with the crumbled biscuits.
- dip pork chops in egg wash and roll in crumbs. (repeat if desired)
- heat oil in a large skillet and fry until cooked throughly or until a thermometer reads 160 F or 71 C
