How to make it

  • Beat together first 6 ingredients until well blended. Shape half of mixture into 1” balls; roll in walnuts, sesame seeds or parsley. Blend milk with remaining cheese mixture. Spread half on carrot strips, roll. Scoop out tomatoes; spoon in remaining filling. Serve with snack crackers.
