Ingredients

1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated (about 2 1/2 cups)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon spicy prepared mustard

2 tablespoons minced onion

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

2 tablespoons milk

15 carrot curl strips

15 cherry tomatoes

Directions

Beat together first 6 ingredients until well blended. Shape half of mixture into 1” balls; roll in walnuts, sesame seeds or parsley. Blend milk with remaining cheese mixture. Spread half on carrot strips, roll. Scoop out tomatoes; spoon in remaining filling. Serve with snack crackers.
