Tuna Chow Mein Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped white onion

2 tablespoons chopped green pepper

1 tablespoon butter

6-1/2 ounce can tuna

1/2 can chow mein noodles reserve 1/4 cup

Directions

Heat oven to 350. In large skillet cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender. Stir in tuna with liquid and remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased casserole. Sprinkle with reserved chow mein noodles and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
