- 2 STEMS FRESH rosemary – PER steak shopping list
- 2 FRESH OR DRIED (SOAKED) BAY LEAF –PER steak shopping list
- 2 fresh rosemary –for dressing shopping list
- 2 fresh sage stems for dressing shopping list
- 1\4 CUP OF olive oil shopping list
- juice OF 2 lemons shopping list
- 2 – 8 INCH TIE STRING PER steak shopping list
How to make it
- SPRINKLE THE STEAKS WITH THE KOSHER SALT, BOTH SIDES (USE PLENTY FOR TRUE FLAVOR)--- NOW RUB STEAK WITH BLACK PEPPER BOTH SIDES.---PLACE , 2 -8 INCH TIE STRINGS 2 INCH APART- PLACE ONE BAY LEAF ON EACH STRING THEN PLACE STEAK ON TOP OF IT – NOW PLACE 2 ROSEMARY STEMS ON TOP OF STEAK AND TIE SECURLY - IN CAST IRON PAN OR GRILL,-- GRILL THE STEAKS TO YOUR LIKING ---WHILE THE STEAK IS COOKING,--GENTLY HEAT THE OIL IN A FRY PAN,-WITH THE ROSEMARY -- SAGE AND LEMON JUICE- UNTIL ITS WARM - DO NOT BRING TO A SIMMER JUST TILL ITS HOT TO THE TOUCH. WHEN STEAKS ARE DONE TO YOUR LIKENING-CUT INTO THICK SLICES POUR THE WARM OIL ON AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY
