- 3 Pounds Yuca shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1 Pound Ground Iguana(or)gatosolo shopping list
- 1 teaspoon parsley,chopped shopping list
- 1 Large onion,chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste shopping list
- 1 garlic clove,minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vinegar shopping list
- 4 capers shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the yuca with the salt~but~do not get it to soft.
- Grind with fine blade.
- Knead with the salt.
- Form balls,flatten in the palm of hand and fill with stuffing.
- Form into oval shape,pinch close,fry in hot oil.
- For the filling:
- Season the iguana with salt,worcestershire sauce,vinegar,capers,onion,sugar,garlic and parsley.
- Brown in a small amount of hot oil and then add tomato paste.
- Simmer until quite dry.
- The Panama Canal was opened on August 15,1914....I have always been enthralled in the history of the canal.A very interesting and dramatic story behind it's Conception...Construction...and Function.
