How to make it

  • Pulse all ingredients except shrimp in food processor until thick smooth paste forms.
  • Place shrimp in large bowl;coat with pesto. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 6 hours
  • Soak 24 (10" wooden skewers in water 30 mins. Heat grill Remove shrimp from marinade;discard marinade. Thread shrimp onto each skewer.
  • Grill shrimp,covered,over med-high heat 4 to 6 mins or till shrimp turn pink,turning once.
