Burnt Sugar Pudding

                    - 1/2 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup water shopping list
- 1 Cup milk shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Melt the sugar slowly over low heat until it turns caramel color.
- Add the water (it will sputter and some will harden,but will melt again.)
- Add the milk and heat to slow boil.
- Add the cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of water,cook mixture until thickened.
- Serve warm or cold,with,or without,cream.
