FAJITA MASHED POTATOES

A tasty alternative to regular mashed potatoes, sure to dress up any dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 cups hot mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1 small onion minced shopping list
- 1 small green pepper chopped very finely shopping list
- 2 tbsp of dry fajita powder shopping list
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Stir the onions, peppers & seasoning into the hot mashed potatoes and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Place potatoes into an oven, 10 minutes or until the cheese melts
