How to make it

  • Mix rhubarb and sugar, set for 1 hour. Cook till soft.
  • Mix jello until disolved, cool.
  • Mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Whip until thick add cool whip blend good. Pour into 9 X 13" pan with graham cracker crust.
  • Pour rhubarb/strawberry mixture in a line on top of cake. Take a table knife and swirl into pudding mixture being able to see it yet, go about 2" deep. Very Good!!
