This is a great way to slow cook a venison roast that leaves it juicy and tender.

Ingredients
  • 1 venison roast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 cup favorite wine
  • desired vegetables

Directions
  1. Add all inredients to the crock pot
  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
  3. Serve
