How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in large pot and simmer 2 hrs. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over pasta.

    This sounds amazing. Actually, It sounds like something that would be equally good uncooked ie mix altogether, let the flavors meld and then mix with hot pasta and maybe some parmesan cheese. Another thought s that it sounds like an outstanding salsa. WOW!!!!

    Wow, a lot of flavors going on here! I have just about all of that growing - only thing my cilantro bolted and had to pull it up.
