This is a condiment for Thai food. It adds some salty and spice at the same time. Great on any fried rice or noodle dish!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fish sauce (good quality fish sauce should smell like the ocean not bad fish)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 3-4 Thai peppers minced

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in air tight glass jar.
  2. Taste, you should have a balance of salty,sour, spicy.
  3. This keeps a long time.
  4. If you don't want to use fish sauce, mushroom flavored soy sauce works as well.
  5. It takes very little sauce to flavor your dish!
