How to make it

  • In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of the blueberries, 1/4 cup water, sugar and lime juice & zest.
  • Stir and bring to a boil.
  • Turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cornstarch into the last 1/4 cup water. Mix until disolved and add to bluberry/lime mixture.
  • Stir until it thickens.
  • Add remaining cup of blueberries.
  • Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add cinnamon.
  • Pour over warm cresents and serve alongside ice cream if desired..
