CCHICKEN AND SPINACH SALAD

                    - Ingredients: shopping list
 - 12oz chicken tenders shopping list
 - Non-stick cooking spray shopping list
 - 4 cups shredded spinach leaves shopping list
 - 2 cups washed and torn romaine lettuce leaves shopping list
 - 8 thin slices red onion shopping list
 - 2 Tbs. 1oz of crumbled blue cheese shopping list
 - 1 large grapefruit, peeled and sectioned shopping list
 - ½ cup frozen citrus blend concentrate, thawed shopping list
 - ¼ cup prepared Fat-Free Italian dressing shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Method:
 - 1)Cut chicken tenders into 2 x ½ -inch strips. Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken tenders; cook and stir 5 minutes or until on longer pink in center. Remove from skillet.
 - 2)Divide spinach, lettuce, onion, cheese, grapefruit and chicken among 4 salad plates. Combine citrus blend concentrate and Italian Dressing in small bowl; drizzle over salads. Garnish with assorted greens, if desired.
