Strawberry Rhubarb Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

8 mint leaves

1/2 lime

2 oz Bicardi Dragon Berry Rum

1 1/2 oz simple syrup

2 strawberries sliced,

sprakling wine

1 stalk of rhubarb for garnish

Simple syrup:

1 cup water

1 1/2 cups sugar

4 stalks of rhubarb

Directions

Muddle mint and wine with simple syrup in a glass

Pack with ice, add the rum

Add slices of 1 strawberry

Shake 10 seconds

Pour into a highball glass

Top with wine

garnish with another sliced berry and stalk of rhubarb

Syrup:

Bring all to a boil in saucepot

Simmer

reduce by third and strain

Keep s in the refrig for a week covered
