Strawberry Rhubarb Mojito

- 8 mint leaves shopping list
- 1/2 lime shopping list
- 2 oz Bicardi Dragon Berry rum shopping list
- 1 1/2 oz simple syrup shopping list
- 2 strawberries sliced, shopping list
- sprakling wine shopping list
- 1 stalk of rhubarb for garnish shopping list
- Simple syrup: shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 stalks of rhubarb shopping list
How to make it
- Muddle mint and wine with simple syrup in a glass
- Pack with ice, add the rum
- Add slices of 1 strawberry
- Shake 10 seconds
- Pour into a highball glass
- Top with wine
- garnish with another sliced berry and stalk of rhubarb
- Syrup:
- Bring all to a boil in saucepot
- Simmer
- reduce by third and strain
- Keep s in the refrig for a week covered

I've never heard of Dragon Berry Rum, but I'll be looking for it now so we can try this recipe - it sounds so refreshing...love the mint in mojitos, and I know we are going to love this new way to serve it. Thanks!
