Simple Strawberry Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

2c.frozen strawberries

1pkg.(8oz) low fat cream cheese, cut into small cubes.

1/2c. confectioners sugar(Powdered sugar)

1 container whipped topping, 4 oz thawed.

Directions

1:) In a blender or food processer w/ chopping blade, combine strawberries, cream cheese,and sugar. Cover and process until mixture is smooth, scraping side as necessary.

2:) Pour mixture into a mixing bowl. fold in whipped topping

3:) Spoon mousse mixture into desert dishes.

4:) chill for 3 hours or overnight* over night is better it marinades in the flavors will marry and get all nice and excited. lol!
