How to make it

  • Burgers method:
  • 1)Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, sage, marjoram, salt and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  • 2)Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add patties. Cook 10 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in centers, Turning once.
  • 3)Place one patty on bottom half of each roll. Spoon 1 Tbs. of Cowpoke Barbecue Sauce over top of each burger. Place tops of rolls over burgers. Serve with lettuce and tomato and garnish with carrot slices, if desired.
  • Calories per burger: 319
  • Cowpoke Barbecue Sauce Method:
  • Heat oil in large non-stick saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add onions and garlic. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 cups.
  • Calories per serving: 310 serving size 1 Tbs.
