Fried Chicken

This is the way I do my chicken.It is simple too do and not alot of work to it.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken shopping list
- flour shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl add enough flour to a bowl.
- In a skillet add enough oil to the bottom and let it get hot (I always found it easyer to have the oil hot because I found it is alot quicker to cook the chicken)
- Rinse the chicken and than roll the piece of chicken into the flour and add the piece of chicken to the hot oil and season with salt and pepper and cook on both sides till they are golden brown.
- On a plate add paper towl and let the oil drain off.
