How to make it

  • Mix mustard and mayonaise in a small bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Crush Pringles and place in a shallow bowl.
  • Mix curry with the potato chips.
  • Next take chicken breast, dip in mustard/mayo mixture then coat with chips.
  • Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
