PRINGLED CURRY CHICKEN

- 1/4 cup mustard shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonaises shopping list
- 1 tube Pringles potato chips shopping list
- 2 tbsp curry powder shopping list
- 4 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix mustard and mayonaise in a small bowl.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Crush Pringles and place in a shallow bowl.
- Mix curry with the potato chips.
- Next take chicken breast, dip in mustard/mayo mixture then coat with chips.
- Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
