Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into small pieces
  • 16 ounce jar chunky salsa divided
  • 1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 2-1/2 cups frozen corn cooked

Directions
  1. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray on medium high heat.
  2. Add chicken then cook and stir 6 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of the salsa and 2/3 cup of the cheese then mix lightly.
  4. Spread 1 cup salsa onto bottom of rectangular baking dish.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla then roll up.
  6. Place tortillas seam sides down on salsa in dish then top with remaining salsa and cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through then serve with corn.
