Ingredients
  • 1 shallot,minced
  • 1 clove garlic,minced
  • 1 10oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed and squeezed
  • 1 14oz. container Greek yogurt
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tb fresh ,chooped dill
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill for 30 mins. Serve with pita breads or crudites.
