Sweet-hot No-cook Pickles Recipe
Low calorie modification from a recipe found in Southern Living magazine. Super easy and very tasty!

Ingredients
  • 24 oz jar hamburger dill chip pickles, drained
  • 2-3 jalapeno peppers, sliced thinly into rounds
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 clove garlic, sliced thin
  • 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar

Directions
  1. Put drained pickles and rest of ingredients into bowl and stir.
  2. Place everything back into pickle jar and close lid tightly.
  3. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour, shaking jar occasionally.
  4. Chill 8 hours, shaking jar occasionally.
  5. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
