Ingredients
  • 1/2 chicken
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black cracked pepper

Directions
  1. Boil 2 & 1/2 quarts water in stock pot.
  2. Add ingredients.
  3. Let fester all day long.
  4. Strain solid material from stock.
