How to make it

  • Partially cook noodles, drain saving 1 cup of cooking water. put noodles and reserved water into pot and 2 cups hot water and bullion cubes.
  • Thinly slice carrot, add to pot. Drain chicken and shred coarsley, add to pot. Add parsley,red pepper flake and flour, stir vigorously. bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer and cook for 20 min or until noodles are tender stiring occasionally. add more water if necessary.
  • Serve with mashed potatos for best results.
