I make these for family get togethers and potlucks at work. It goes pretty fast.

Ingredients
  • 6-8 eggs boiled
  • Mayo (I use Hellman's Light) 1-2 spoonfuls
  • pickle relish (sweet) 1 spoon full
  • seasoned salt- couple dashes
  • minced onion (optional)
  • paprika
  • ziploc bag- 1

Directions
  1. Slice eggs length wise.
  2. Put egg yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Combine all ingredients in bowl except for paprika.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Taste to see if more seasonings are needed.
  6. Pour mixture into the ziploc bag, cut a corner
  7. from the bag on the bottom and pipe into each egg.
  8. Sprinkle with
  9. paprika.
  10. Enjoy!
