Cranberry Cornmeal Cookies

I love these cookies. They contain all natural, unprocessed ingredients (CLEAN food) If you can find dried cranberries that are unsweetened that is. Otherwise use Craisins. Only 66 calories each.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw cane sugar shopping list
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup becel oilive oil margarine shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 2 tbsp agave nectar shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups spelt flour shopping list
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Cream sugar with margarine and applesauce.
- Add egg and egg whites. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix until blended.
- Drp by teaspoonfulls onto cookie sheet. Bake for approx 9 minutes.
