Mums grain and bean. so good
Ingredients
- Salad: 1 cup couscous shopping list
- 1 can chick peas (any bean) shopping list
- 2 peppers, any color shopping list
- green onion shopping list
- poppy seeds shopping list
- toasted sesame seeds shopping list
- Sauce: 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsps each curry, cumin, coriander shopping list
How to make it
- Make couscous according to box
- meanwhile chop veggies
- toss couscous with salad
- mix sauce
- toss sauce with salad
- -- sometimes I use way more spice or more oil/vinnegar. test and see
