How to make it

  • Rinse chicken and pat dry
  • use a large bistro bowl to toss the chicken with olive oil until coated
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • smear with garlic on both sides
  • drizzle about 1 tbsp vinegar on each piece of chicken
  • cook in a hot pan until each side is golden brown

    Served w/ barley (cooked in vegetable stock w. garlic and bay leaf), chopped carrot and peas (done in microwave and added)
