Ingredients
  • 8 Roma Tomatoes
  • 6 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup Basil packed
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb. linguine
  • Parmesan Reggiano cheese

Directions
  1. Set water to boil, cook pasta till al dente
  2. Thinly slice tomatoes
  3. finely chop garlic
  4. rough chop basil
  5. In a 12 inch saute pan, saute garlic , tomatoes and basil til tomatoes color oil and fall apart (about 10 minutes)
  6. Drain pasta, put back in pot , add tomato mixture, stir. serve!
  7. Let individuals add cheese
  8. Bono Appettito!
