Gambas Al Ajillo

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 canned jalapeno pepper, minced shopping list
- 3 large garlic cloves, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 2 cans (about 6 ounces each) tiny shrimp, drained shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 8 small slices Italian bread shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the jalapeno pepper and garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add the shrimp; cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in the parsley, paprika, and salt to taste; heat through. Serve in the skillet with bread on the side for sopping.
