Ingredients
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 4 pounds beef short ribs

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except ribs, and mix well. Lay ribs in shallow glass dish and pour sauce over top. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and cook on grill, brushing frequently with sauce. 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until very tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
