- 3 red potatoes, cubed shopping list
- 2 baking potatoes, peeled and cubed shopping list
- 2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 2 tsp basil shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing shopping list
- 1 zucchini, cubed shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 red onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups green beans, frozen shopping list
- 1/4 white onion, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots shopping list
- 1 cup colby & Monterey cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing shopping list
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing shopping list
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes, drain & put in a large bowl. Then add the following ingredients: Black pepper, Garlic salt, Basil, Oregano, dry Ranch dressing mix, creamy Ceasar dressing, Zucchini, Green pepper, Red onion, Green beans, White onion, and Red bell pepper. Stir to blend flavors, then cover with aluminum foil. In the meantime, boil 1 1/2 cups baby carrots till tender & add to potato mixture. Next, add the following ingredients to the potato mixture: Colby & Monterey cheese, Cheddar cheese, Blue cheese dressing, Ranch dressing and chicken. Turn out into a large casserole dish, & top with Breadcrumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stirring occasionally, adding more dressing if needed
