How to make it

  • In large mixing bowl combine first ten ingredients then shape into 18 balls about 2" each.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet then brown meatballs evenly on all sides.
  • Remove meatballs from skillet and drain leftover oil from skillet.
  • Spoon sauerkraut into skillet and top with meatballs then cover and simmer 15 minutes.
